We analyse manufacturer specifications across every model in a category, then cross-reference them against verified buyer reviews at scale — typically several hundred per product, filtered toward long-term owners rather than first-week impressions. We look for patterns that repeat across dozens of independent users, because one person's experience can be a fluke but forty people reporting the same neck irritation is signal. We also track replacement part availability and cost, which is where electric shavers quietly become expensive and which almost no review mentions.
We don't physically test these shavers. We don't accept payment for placement or rankings, and no brand has any influence over what appears in our guides.
